I know the year we started dating. I did not know it was 2,400 days until I counted. That is not more romantic than an anniversary. It is just harder to shrug off. Pick the date you actually mean
“How long have I known you” and “how long have we been together” are different clocks. One starts the night you met. The other starts the day it was a relationship, or the day you moved in, or the wedding—your call. Use the same start if you want one number. Use both if you like the gap.
Long-distance stretches feel longer than the day count. The page will not add extra for that. You can.
