Celsius to Fahrenheit for weather, ovens, and fevers
Weather apps flip the scale when you change countries. Ovens print both and still miss by 15 degrees. The formula is exact. The metal box is not.

The line, not a vibe
Fahrenheit = Celsius × 9/5 + 32. 0 °C is 32 °F (ice). 20 °C room air is 68 °F. 37 °C is 98.6 °F on the old fever poster — real mouths vary.
180 °C is 356 °F, which is why a European recipe and a US oven setting fight if you “just add 30.” Use the converter, then trust the oven thermometer more than the knob.
When to open kelvin instead
Lab work and gas laws want kelvin (C + 273.15). Cooking and weather do not. Gas Mark is a British oven nickname with its own page.
